ExSim: Executive Simulation
This full-time week-long business simulation covers all relevant areas of a company: strategic decision making, marketing and sales, operations and supply chain management, people, and finance. As a result, the course is a comprehensive complement to help MBA students put into practice all the applied knowledge acquired so far. At the same time, the dynamics of the simulation will challenge the ability of students to translate strategy into results, to work in teams effectively and share workload under a high pressure environment and, finally, to live their values in the leadership path to success.

IESE Beer GameSupply Chain Simulation
Our version of the legendary simulation game from the 60s used in teaching environments to demonstrate a number of key principles of supply chain management. Co-developed with IESE Business School. Revamped to become a real time, interactive multiplayer experience, perfect for graduates and executive education programs.

IESE Big Bank experiments with AIArtificial Intelligence for executives
Big Bank is an artificial intelligence simulation for business managers, and is perfect for graduate, post-graduate and executive education programs. Co-developed with IESE, designed by Javier Zamora, includes a personal assessment with his FATE framework.

IESE Pearson CosmeticsIntegral Operations Simulation
Interactive simulation in which students get in charge of the Pearson Cosmetics company to manage purchasing, manufacturing, sales and finance. Co-developed with IESE Business School, designed by prof. Jaume Ribera, the simulation contains multiple basic operational concepts, such as lead time, reorder point and quantity, manufacturing capacity, and capital expenditure allocation, among others.
